Overview

Commercial Manager (Engineering/Manufacturing)

You must be based in or commutable to Nottingham. This role requires travel across the UK with roughly a 50/50 split between visiting customers and working in the Nottingham office.

Salary package: circa £60,000 + Car Allowance (£500 p/m) + Bonus Scheme + Future Progression Opportunities + Pension.

Responsibilities
  • Lead sales and commercial performance. Set and deliver sales plans, forecasts, budgets and contracts, while keeping the Board and leadership team informed on progress.
  • Grow and manage the customer base. Build and manage the sales funnel, onboarding and expansion of clients, key partnerships, outbound and inbound leads, and customer support to drive satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team on all aspects of the business.
  • Split time between visiting customers across the UK to drive future growth and working in the Nottingham office.
The Person
  • Must be a commercially driven business leader with a track record of successful business growth.
  • Strong sales experience and ability to take ownership of profit and loss to drive the business forward.
  • Aspiring for future progression into more Senior Management / Business Management roles.
  • Any knowledge of the Biofuel industry is advantageous but not essential; helpful if looking to work in Renewables.
