As an External Account Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining price, volume, and profitability for key accounts within Asphalt. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure account requirements are met, while driving growth and promoting value-added products., Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Implementing Account Portfolio strategy
- Delivering financial targets as set by Business Unit (BU) and Regional management
- Achieving required Customer Account targets on a monthly and annual basis
- Delivering Value Added Product targets as set by BU and Regional management
- Supporting Major Project Managers in delivery of regional major/significant bid and tender processes
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Ensuring customer portfolio satisfaction measures are consistently exceeded
- Completing account plans to a high standard and clearly identifying customer objectives
- Supporting senior management in improving OTIF (On Time In Full) performance
