Job Title: Commercial Manager

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Car OR Car Allowance

Location: Winchester

Sector: New Build Housing

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in construction? Would you like to work for a business who genuinely value their employees, shown by very low attrition rates?

• Have a background in construction - New build housing would be advantageous not essential
• Possess a solid understanding of procurement & vendor negotiation
• Are highly proficient in MS Excel but also any knowledge of other estimating software's would be beneficial
• Can demonstrate an understanding of procurement, estimating & commercial management
• Will maintain and develop long standing sub contractor relationships
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
