Job description

We're looking for a dynamic Commercial Lead to drive the success of our core products. In this role, you'll have full P&L responsibility, setting sales and profit targets, managing budgets, and optimising pricing strategies to maximise profitability. You'll also develop and execute a 5‑year strategic brand plan and annual tactical implementation plans, ensuring compliance with industry regulations while delivering exceptional customer service. As a brand ambassador, you'll champion our core product importance to internal and external stakeholders, supporting its growth and impact on patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic brand planning and flawlessly execute tactical plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise pricing strategies to ensure profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers, onboard new accounts, and maintain contracts and service agreements.
  • Oversee supplier management, stock levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop compelling marketing initiatives, attend industry congresses, and monitor competitive intelligence to maintain a strategic advantage.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver exceptional service and ensure compliance with MHRA/EU regulations.
