What We Are Looking For...
  • Drive sales & maximise profit - Adhere to company VM guidelines, ensure proper product merchandising, implement layout changes, and handle product daily. Manage new deliveries and ensure best sellers are accessible.
  • Conduct daily floor walks to identify opportunities, analyze reports, and delegate tasks to your team.
  • Provide styling ideas to customers, stay updated on trends and competitors, and work with the VM team to maintain high visual standards.
  • Prioritize delivery of new lines and replenishment of key departments.
  • Work on your own initiative, communicate effectively, and lead your team.
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience, analyze reports, and make commercial decisions.
  • Maintain a good understanding of trends and competitors, and have VM experience.
  • Manage a large team within a high turnover environment, with previous experience at Sales Manager or Visual Merchandiser level. Suitable for those looking to move into larger environments.
