Specialising in quantity surveying for main contractors and specialist subcontractors, the consultancy provides solutions for a wide range of construction‑related issues such as cost increases, program delays as well as assistance during busy procurement periods or resolving final account issues.

Alongside commercial advisory, they also analyse construction cases to pursue or defend claims, and provide independent quantum expert witness services to international law firms for high value, technically complex matters.

Desired Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally working for a main contractor or a specialist subcontractor.
