The Role

You will act as trusted litigation lawyer to major insurers, advising on a wide range of commercial disputes across different sectors, jurisdictions and levels of complexity. The work is varied and intellectually engaging, requiring strong technical ability, commercial judgement and the confidence to operate in a fast-paced environment.

The Leeds team handles premium litigation matters and works closely with clients at an early stage to assess risk, shape strategy and resolve issues efficiently. You will benefit from consistent, high-quality work with real responsibility, alongside experienced colleagues who are invested in your development.

This is a technical litigation role that offers excellent exposure to complex disputes, with no shortage of work and clear expectations around prioritisation and client delivery.

Requirements
  • Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE
  • Experience handling contentious matters and an interest in complex commercial disputes
  • Confident, commercially aware and able to think quickly under pressure
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
