Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A market-leading, developing Commercial Litigation specialist with an excellent national reputation is seeking an ambitious and experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its Chester team (and work from home!).

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad spectrum of services, from early-stage debt recovery advice to handling Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings, as well as insolvency actions.
• Contribute to a close-knit, expanding team and support clients in various environments, including niche areas relevant to their business needs.

Qualifications
