Commercial Litigation/Property Solicitor - Flexible Opportunity in Exeter

Are you a Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive looking to build a rewarding career in a respected and collaborative team? This is an exciting opportunity to work on property-related disputes and wider commercial litigation, with the flexibility to shape your expertise.

Our client are a mulit office Legal 500 practices with an outstanding reputation and strong presence in the Exeter market.

You'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team, handling a mix of landlord and tenant disputes, property litigation, and commercial matters. There's scope to work on insolvency and debt recovery cases, particularly those linked to property matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters.
  • Handling commercial litigation, with opportunities to specialise further.
  • Receiving high-quality work referrals from commercial and residential property teams, charities, and sector specialists.
  • Engaging with a diverse client base, including businesses, charities, housing associations, and individuals with substantial assets.


Requirements:

  • This role is open from NQ - 5 PQE. The ideal candidate will:
  • Have strong client relationship skills, demonstrating professionalism and clear communication.
  • Litigation experience gained either during your training contract or post qualification
  • Be enthusiastic and committed to growing their expertise
  • Show initiative and drive, contributing to the team's reputation in the market.
