A Tier 1 contractor in Central London is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to oversee rail signalling projects. The ideal candidate will possess pre and post-contract management experience and lead a commercial team to ensure effective delivery of contract negotiations, supplier management, and overall commercial performance. This position offers a competitive salary of £100,000 to £110,000 and a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Location: Central London
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days from home
Salary: £100,000 to £110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an Senior Commercial Manager or Commercial Lead to support a main contractor on a multitude of rail signalling projects. Due to the nature of the work, only candidates with experience of major rail projects for a Tier 1 contractor can be considered for this opportunity.

This role is ideal for a commercially astute Commercial Manager with strong pre and post-contract experience, as well as proven ability to lead a commercial team. As a Commercial Lead, the successful candidate will take ownership of contract review, subcontractor negotiation, supplier management, and ensuring robust commercial performance across the partnership.
