Our customer, a multinational technology company, is looking for an Israel-qualified Commercial lawyer for a 6-month contract role.

Role Description
  • Provide legal support to Israel product development teams on software licensing topics.
  • Support the sales team on commercial agreements, including sales agreements, pricing agreements, and distribution agreements in Israel and potentially other European territories.
  • Offer first-line legal support and counseling to Israel HR teams on employment law issues (terminations, employee escalations, employee communications), with support from in-house employment law experts and outside counsel.
  • Provide first-line legal support on Israel litigation matters (general commercial and HR-specific) with support from in-house litigation experts and outside counsel.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating effective policies, processes, and internal training programs.
  • Collaborate with the broader EMEA legal team to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and risks, develop/implement corrective action plans, and offer guidance to prevent or address similar issues in the future.
Qualifications
  • Qualified lawyer in Israel or England & Wales
  • 7+ years of relevant legal experience post-qualification
  • Experience in law firms with some time in-house
  • Ability to work in Hebrew and English
  • Excellent communication skills: understanding complex matters and providing practical advice effectively
