Commercial/IT Senior Associate

International Firm, Bristol

Exciting new Commercial IT Senior Associate role with top flight international law firm in Bristol.

Our client, a major law firm with UK and international reach, is looking for a talented commercial / IT senior associate to join their well-regarded practice based in Bristol

In this key role, you will focus primarily on complex commercial contracts, covering IT/Technology and outsourcing agreements, software agreements and e-commerce work for clients with UK and international interests. You'll be working for many household name clients including large scale retailers and big-ticket IT companies as well as smaller boutique names. The quality of the work is exceptional and the team is widely regarded as one of the leading lights when it comes to commercial IT/Tech and media law in the market.

Ideally you will have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice or another leading commercial IT practice with proven technical legal skills and a commercial, client led approach. You are likely to have at least 4 years PQE+ although applications are welcomed from individuals with more or less experience than this, provided they can demonstrate strong technical exposure.
