Commercial Gas Engineer (Mobile) - Cornwall

GBP40,000 - GBP41,000 van (private use), fuel card and over time

Cornwall

Our client is established Facilities Maintenance client is looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team in Cornwall. This is a great opportunity for a engineer who is looking for a 40 hour week with a great benefits package. The work will only be in Cornwall and not any further.

Responsibilities

• Carry out HVAC, Planned Maintenance (PPMs), Reactive works M&E repairs and able to carry out minor projects/installations for specific trade associated systems
• Perform minor projects/installations for specific trade-associated systems
• Plumbing tasks, basic repairs, water heater repairs etc.
• Small general fabric repairs

Qualifications

• Full driving license and the ability to get a DBS
• ACS in Domestic & Commercial Gas with elements
• Oil OFTEC servicing
