Job summary

A leading UK manufacturing firm based in Crawley is looking for a Commercial Finance Director to join the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will own the financial strategy, support growth initiatives, and ensure optimal operational performance. Qualifications

  • At least three years’ experience in a senior finance role (Finance Director or Senior Financial Controller).
  • Experience with SMEs having Boards that include non-executives and/or external investors.
  • Experience of acquisitions and growth-related projects.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the definition and delivery of the organisation’s vision and strategy.
  • Produce forecasts assessing long-term financial trends.
  • Provide financial and commercial support to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Review financial performance against forecasts and analyze variances.
  • Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting policies.

Education

Recognised CCAB accountancy qualification or equivalent
