Commercial Disputes Solicitor (1+ years') – Edinburgh or Glasgow

Join a leading Commercial Disputes team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working on a high-profile project for a major client. This is a full‑time position based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow, offering exposure to complex and high-value work across a range of industries.

The Role:

• Act as part of a nationally recognised Commercial Disputes team handling a wide variety of commercial disputes
• Work closely with colleagues across the UK to deliver strategic solutions for clients
• Engage with complex matters, including formal proceedings (court and arbitration) and alternative dispute resolution (negotiation, mediation, adjudication)

About You:

• Experienced in general commercial disputes (defender PI experience advantageous)
• Strong technical skills and the ability to draft with clarity and precision
• A commercial, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work to deadlines
