Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor (4-5 Years' PQE)
Location: Nottingham
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hybrid Working Available

A long-established and well-regarded Nottingham law firm is seeking a Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor with approximately 4-5 years' PQE to join its busy and supportive team. This position offers exposure to a varied and interesting caseload within a friendly, collaborative environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a broad range of commercial disputes, with a strong focus on property-related matters, including:

  • Landlord and tenant disputes
  • Contractual property issues
  • Boundary, easement and rights of way disputes
  • Dilapidations and lease-related claims
  • A mix of general commercial litigation work as required

The role does not involve insolvency or business recovery matters, as these are handled by another department.

There is no expectation to bring work with you; however, the firm values individuals who are confident engaging with clients, networking and undertaking light business development as part of their role.

Benefits
  • 20-25 days' annual leave depending on seniority, plus a birthday day off.
  • Office closure over Christmas (typically from 23rd December), which usually does not affect annual leave entitlement.
