Role Description
Reporting into the Managing Director of Allianz Personal Broker, the Commercial Director will lead the delivery of Commercial outcomes required for our the Allianz Personal Broker business plan working in conjunction with other members of the Allianz Personal (AzP) Broker Leadership Team; to contribute and where appropriate lead the development of the strategy and plan for the AzP Broker business.
As a member of the AzP Broker Leadership Team you will ensure regulatory, AZUK Holdings and Allianz Group obligations and responsibilities are met through leading our people in a manner that enables their personal and collective success. In conjunction with the AzP Broker Managing Director and the AzP Distribution Director you will lead Allianz\'s market distribution and trading presence influencing industry dynamics and issues in a manner that benefits our customers and Allianz.
