Commercial Director: Superb opportunity at this award-winning and expanding, Medium-sized Multidisciplinary Consultancy. This hybrid is role based in Uxbridge.

Overview

Our client is an award-winning multi-disciplinary group of Environmental and Engineering specialists comprising civil, structural, and geotechnical / geo environmental engineers who deliver a variety of complex construction challenges, site investigations, land contamination risk assessments, geotechnical engineering surveys, flood risk assessments, amongst other surveys, and have years of expertise in adopting a pragmatic approach to complex engineering challenges.

They are seeking an ambitious and talented Commercial Director to join the senior management team. This is a pivotal role with clear targets and excellent long-term prospects. The successful candidate will drive business development, optimise client relationships, and lead commercial growth strategies across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Expand and optimise the client base through proactive engagement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Client Relationship Management
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Commercial Strategy & Leadership
