PURPOSE OF ROLE

Lawes Consulting are working with a well respected brokerage to help them find a Commercial Development Account Executive. The business is looking for a driven professional who can take ownership, add value quickly, and play a central role in helping them achieve their goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with different teams to ensure projects and initiatives run smoothly
  • Build and deliver strategies that improve efficiency and support company objectives
  • Track performance, share insights, and recommend improvements to leadership
  • Ensure all work meets company standards and industry requirements
  • Encourage team development and promote a culture of continuous improvement
DAY-TO-DAY
  • Oversee daily activities to keep operations on track with company priorities
  • Communicate regularly with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to solve problems and find opportunities
  • Produce clear reports and presentations to help guide business decisions
  • Anticipate and manage risks to keep projects on schedule and within scope
  • Keep up to date with market trends and best practices to maintain competitiveness
