As Senior Commercial Creative Strategist within our New & Creator Media division, you'll be the creative bridge between our content and commercial teams—shaping ideas that connect brands with our audiences through authentic, story‑led content. You'll develop and lead high‑impact creative concepts that feel native to our social and video platforms, inspire our clients, and drive measurable engagement. Working within a fast‑paced environment, you'll respond to briefs from clients, using audience insight and editorial intuition to craft standout branded content campaigns across social channels. You'll play a pivotal role translating client objectives into content narratives that are both commercially effective and creatively compelling. This is a senior hands‑on role for an idea‑led creative thinker who thrives on collaboration and is passionate about storytelling in the modern media landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the ideation and development of creative responses to client briefs, crafting engaging narratives and multi‑format content ideas that deliver on campaign objectives.
  • Deliver compelling pitch decks, storyboards, mock‑ups and written responses that bring campaign ideas vividly to life for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with commercial, editorial and design teams—ensuring all commercial creative output aligns with our brand tone and audience expectations.
  • Translate client goals into storytelling formats optimised for our relevant channels and brands—with a focus on TikTok, Instagram and video‑led storytelling.
  • Support delivery teams post‑sale with creative oversight to ensure campaign concepts are executed faithfully and effectively.
  • Keep ahead of emerging social trends, platform features and audience behaviours, using these insights to fuel new creative approaches.
  • Contribute to internal creative sessions, mentoring junior strategists and elevating the standard of ideas across the wider creative team.
  • Champion creativity, curiosity and collaboration across the commercial organisation.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director, Creative Strategist or equivalent role, preferably in a creative, social or influencer agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital storytelling formats, social platform behaviours and how to build content that audiences want to share.
  • Ability to craft and communicate creative ideas through decks, storyboards, and visuals—confident presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in translating commercial briefs into standout branded content ideas across multiple sectors.
  • Solid understanding of branded content guidelines, disclosure regulations and platform best practices.
