About the Job

The SAI Business Partner is a client expert and a key contributor to the development and expansion of NielsenIQ's Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA& I) business. This role focuses on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to achieve both short- and long‑term revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to local sales plans and strategies in collaboration with sales leaders, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Manage an active sales pipeline and drive progress towards monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Assist in scoping and closing opportunities while adhering to profitability guidelines.

  • Drive revenue growth through account retention, expansion, and acquisition.

  • Maintain and develop commercial relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner.

  • Identify new partnership opportunities and participate in campaigns to generate leads.

  • Monitor market and competitor activities to refine engagement strategies.

  • Participate in RFP processes, ensuring proposals align with client needs and organizational goals.

  • Partner closely with commercial leaders to align on sales goals, strategies, and priorities.

  • Track and evaluate sales performance metrics, including conversion rates and sales cycle efficiency.

  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, including the use of CRM systems for tracking customer interactions.

  • Promote alignment between operational activities and broader strategic objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Conversion rate improvements and reduction in sales cycle time.

  • Effective client engagement and satisfaction.

  • Timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and pipeline.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (master's preferred).

  • Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or business development within the CPG, Tech & Durables or consumer research sector.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to develop actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in using CRM and other sales management tools.

  • Excellent communication and presentationlaps.
