Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager – North West (Home-Based)

We’re working with a well-established Challenger Bank with an exceptional reputation for putting customers at the heart of everything they do. They’re now looking to appoint a Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager to join their growing team.

Location: Home-based in the North West

Client Base: Existing portfolio of valued commercial banking customers

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing and nurturing an existing portfolio of commercial clients, providing tailored support and developing strong long-term relationships. With a genuine focus on customer-first values, this role is about delivering high-quality service while spotting opportunities to add value.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of commercial banking customers
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with business clients
  • Acting as a key point of contact, ensuring customers receive outstanding service
  • Identifying opportunities to support clients’ growth and strengthen relationships
