About The Role

As a Commercial Strategy Analyst for the RX UK Hub, you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategy. Partnering closely with Portfolio Directors, Event Directors and cross-functional teams, you will turn market insights into actionable strategies that identify new business opportunities, accelerate revenue and strengthen our flagship brands.

This role combines strategic analysis, commercial development and stakeholder collaboration. You will lead market intelligence efforts, monitor competitor activity, identify emerging trends and guide decision-making for new ventures. It is a unique opportunity to influence high-impact decisions, working across international markets and dynamic growth sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Support strategic business development through market research, competitor analysis, and identification of growth opportunities across sectors and regions.
  • Collaborate with event teams to explore new business models, revenue streams, and value chain extensions.
  • Analyse emerging product and technology trends to guide future development and innovation.
  • Develop high-quality strategy and growth plans using sector intelligence and public data sources.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Translate data and insights into actionable strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions through financial analysis, risk assessment and integration planning.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial strategy, market analysis, and/or business intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills; able to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in matrixed organisations and cross-cultural environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and visual presentation.
  • Effective communicator with excellent project management skills.
  • Collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proactive, curious and adaptable; embraces feedback and thrives in dynamic settings.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in Business or Consulting.
