What You’ll Be Doing:

• Analysing and optimising network services
• Delivering accurate bill validation and creating insightful trend reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Investigating variances and providing clear commentary.
• Managing supplier and customer queries to resolution
• Supporting the team with training, best practices, and process improvements
• Playing a key role in setting up FinOps processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Power BI expertise
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Ability to present to clients
• Experience in tech or network‑related bill validation is a bonus but not essential
• Knowledge of FinOps processes (Azure, AWS, GCS) is desirable but not essential
