Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems is desirable.
  • Prior experience in a commercial support role is required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the supplier and contract register for commercial benefit.
  • Manage supplier price and contract changes via a clear calendar.
  • Liaise with suppliers over invoice/contract queries.
  • Prepare briefs for new products under guidance.
  • Work with the data analyst to ensure data consistency.
  • Place adhoc purchase orders when necessary.
  • Maintain a business change register and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare project briefs for business change projects.
  • Assist the Commercial Manager with adhoc duties.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
Experience with ERP systems
Previous experience in a commercial or finance support role
