A healthcare provider in Leicester is seeking dedicated individuals to ensure efficient reception and patient coordination. The successful candidates will manage the patient journey from booking radiology appointments to reception, emphasizing courteous service and effective communication. Candidates with healthcare experience are preferred, but training will be provided. The role includes ensuring patient waiting times are managed effectively. This position aids in delivering healthcare services that reflect the community's diversity.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided. We encourage applications from all backgrounds.

You will be responsible for coordinating the patient pathway from booking radiology appointments to receiving patients on reception. You will be a well‑organised, self‑motivated individual with good communication skills, who enjoys working as part of a team.

Disclosure and Barring Service Check: If you are successful in obtaining this position and the post involves regulated activity you will be required to undertake a Disclosure & Barring Service check. The Trust will pay for the check initially and the money will then be deducted from your salary over a three month period commencing on your first month’s payment. The current price of a check is £38 for an enhanced and £18 for a standard check.
