CNC Turner, Setter, Operator - FULL TRAINING GIVEN ON OUR SLIDING HEAD LATHES

They are required to have the following skills :

• Set and run Lathes or Fixed Head / Sliding Head CNC Turning Machines, with Fanuc and Seiki controls.
• Read Engineering Drawings
• Experience with Bar Feed Machines
• Able to set and run lathes or Twin Spindle Twin Turret Machines (optional)
• Machines are Doosan, Hardinge, Mori and Star with Fanuc control panels
• Aerospace manufacturing, working with all material from Aluminium, stainless steels, and Inconel
• Familiar with Fanuc Control
