• Familiarity with CNC lathe controls (Fanuc/Mazak) is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work shift work and occasional overtime.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our growing manufacturing team in Cumbernauld. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a precision engineering company known for delivering high-quality, safety‑critical components to major oil and gas, Défense, and electrical clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes (Fanuc or Mazak control experience preferred).
• Machining precision components to tight tolerances from engineering drawings.
• Conducting in‑process inspection and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Working with a range of materials including exotic alloys used in oil and gas applications.
• Maintaining machinery and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborating with the production and quality teams to improve manufacturing processes.
