A family-owned precision engineering company in Chesterton is looking for skilled CNC Milling Setter Operators and Programmers. The roles involve operating CNC milling machines, creating and optimizing programs and ensuring quality standards, with salaries ranging from £30k to £50k depending on the role and shift. Responsible to: Shift Team Leader
Basic Hours: Dayshift – Monday to Friday 07:30 – 16:00
Night Shift – Monday to Thursday 19:00 – 05:30
Weekend - Friday to Sunday 06:00 – 18:30
Salary: Setter/Operators £30k to 35k & Programmers £37k to £50k
(Night Shift will occur a 30% and Weekend a 15% uplift on base salary)
Benefits: Individual Performance Bonus and Regular Overtime (this is not included in the above salary bands)
