CNC Machinist / Manual Machinist / Programmer (Full Teacher Training)

Office based, commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewksbury and surrounding areas.

Are you a Machining Engineer with CNC and/or Manual machining experience who is aspiring to move into a Lecturer and Trainer position, where you will be heavily invested in through AET, IQA and CPD qualifications, while having full autonomy over your course delivery and clear long‑term career progression to become a recognised specialist shaping future machinists?

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to transition into engineering training, where you will receive full teacher training, develop into a recognised training specialist, and play a key role in developing the next generation of manufacturing and machining engineers.

This organisation is a recognised expert in engineering training, with circa 50 employees and nearly 50 years of success. They are widely regarded as the go‑to training provider in the South West.

This role would suit a CNC or Manual Machining Engineer looking to step away from hands‑on shopfloor work and into a rewarding training and lecturing position within the manufacturing sector.
