Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CNC machining experience, including 5-axis.
• Able to read technical drawings and maintain precise tolerances.
• Skilled in setting up workpieces, tooling, and quality checks.
• Knowledge of precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Follow work instructions to load workpieces to pallet systems or individual fixtures.
• Deburr and correctly identify parts; maintain quality throughout the process.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain quality standards and escalate issues where necessary.
• Work to set production targets.
• Carry out any additional reasonable tasks required by management.
