As a CNC Grinder, your responsibilities will include:
  • Safely setting and operating CNC and manual grinding machines to manufacture precision parts
  • Working from standard operating procedures, drawings, and process control documents
  • Carrying out self-inspection and in-process checks to maintain quality standardsRaising tooling, material, or process issues promptly to your team leader
  • Contributing to product and process improvements through the continuous improvement programme
As a CNC Grinder, your experience will include:
  • Previous experience in CNC grinding operations
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Experience with Okamoto and/or manual J&S machines (desirable)
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
