As a key member of the Clozapine Service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and physical health monitoring for patients prescribed clozapine—both in the community and inpatient settings. You'll help coordinate and lead clozapine clinics, liaising closely with patients, carers, community teams, GPs, inpatient units, and Consultant Psychiatrists.
