Overview

Are you looking for a new challenge working within the clinical research environment? If so you may be the person we are looking for.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and data management support for a range of research activities within the Research & Development Department Clinical Teams.
  • Support established Research Nurses and Practitioners by collecting, collating and submitting trial data accurately and timely.
  • Assist in the maintenance of study files and documentation, arrange appointments with patients, obtain test results and medical records, and compile reports on trial progress.
  • Carry out other similar or related duties reasonably required to deliver a comprehensive research service.
Qualifications
  • Good IT and literacy skills, keen eye for detail, excellent communicator.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and previous NHS computer systems desirable but not essential.
  • Good level of written and verbal communication skills, excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, ability to manage workload effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Support will be provided through a comprehensive training/competency package as appropriate to the job role.
