Main duties of the job

Person Specification

• Experience (Essential): You’ll need to have experience of managing complex caseloads and supporting/ mentoring others.
• Experience (Desirable): Knowledge of pre‑registration nursing education.
• Skills and abilities (Essential): Having an awareness of developments within the NHS would be an advantage as well as an understanding of National Service Frameworks and NICE guidance. You will need a customer focussed approach which is essential to provide patients, clients and their families with the best possible experience.
• Skills and abilities (Desirable): Competent in core clinical skills.
• Qualifications (Essential): Level 6 Degree or equivalent qualification, or equivalent knowledge acquired through experience plus a diploma in nursing.
• Qualifications (Desirable): Practice assessor/mentor qualification.
• Personal attributes (Essential): Works effectively as part of a multi‑disciplinary team. A full, valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel independently throughout North Kent.
