  • Evidence of active continued professional development to support the delivery of a senior leadership role including experience in risk management and governance systems.

  • Experience of working in the NHS

  • Experience of advising and liaising with staff at all levels, preferably in the NHS and academic institutions
  • Clear understanding of the issues prevailing around clinical governance, risk management, assurance, and clinical standards
  • Experience of working in either governance, risk, or audit
  • Experience of large-scale project management and change management.

  • Full range of IT skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
