A healthcare provider in Nottingham is seeking a motivated clinical scientist to support the MR & US Physics groups within the Medical Physics & Clinical Engineering department. This 12-month fixed term role includes responsibilities such as providing specialist scientific support, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, and initiating research in imaging physics. We are seeking a motivated clinical scientist to join the MR & US Physics groups within the Medical Physics & Clinical Engineering department at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, for a fixed term period of 12 months. This is a new opportunity for an ambitious individual with experience of MR & US physics within healthcare, to contribute to the development and improvement of a wide range of advanced MR techniques supporting a comprehensive clinical service. With the expansion of MR & US services regionally through the current Community Diagnostic Centres programme, we expect a permanent position to become available during this fixed-term duration.

The post holder would be encouraged to participate in collaboration with the University and may be eligible to apply for an associate/honorary faculty appointment at the University, subject to experience.
