A healthcare provider in Great Yarmouth is seeking an Audiologist to ensure excellent Audiology service delivery in the Community Diagnostic Centre. This full-time role includes supervising staff, conducting diagnostics, and participating in the quality assurance process. The post requires a BSc and MSc in Audiology, HCPC registration, and several years of experience as an Audiologist. The position offers flexibility in working hours and is situated in a beautiful coastal location with great facilities.

Although based in the Audiology department, your role will be to ensure the day-to-day delivery of the Audiology service in the Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) including the supervision of junior staff and undertaking the diagnostic assessment of patients referred on Paediatric, Adult and Tinnitus pathways. The post may also include undertaking audio-vestibular assessments and rehabilitation on all patient groups at the main Audiology site.
You will lead and be actively engaged in the UKAS IQIPS accreditation process for the CDC and main Audiology department. You will also take part in the quality assurance, audit and peer review of the service.
The post is full time, but there is the opportunity to work flexible hours within a 4/5 day week or 9 day fortnight.
