Position: Healthcare & Clinical Expert – AI Trainer

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $100-$200/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 to 40 hours per week

Role Responsibilities
  • Annotate, review, and validate clinical data to train healthcare AI models with high accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Apply deep clinical expertise to guide AI learning across complex medical and patient care scenarios.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to improve healthcare AI systems and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain clinical guidelines, protocols, and standards for AI model training and deployment.
  • Contribute to knowledge transfer initiatives and continuous improvement of clinical documentation practices.
  • Communicate complex clinical insights clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor healthcare regulations, clinical trends, and emerging technologies to inform AI development strategies.
Requirements
