Quality Manager (RGN)

Salary: Circa £70,000 + company vehicle or car allowance

Location: National (home-based) Central and West of England

A premium, values-led care provider is recruiting for a Clinical Quality Manager to join its established quality team. This is a newly created role and would suit a nurse-qualified professional who enjoys working at pace, supporting services through challenge, improvement and regulatory readiness.

Reporting into the Group Director of Operations, the Quality Manager will provide clinical and quality oversight across residential, nursing and dementia services, supporting both established homes and newly acquired services across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete quality audits, clinical reviews and governance checks
  • Support homes with CQC preparation and regulatory action plans
  • Drive improvement plans alongside operational leadership teams
  • Coach and support Home Managers and senior clinical staff
  • Help embed best practice and consistent group standards across the portfolio
About You
  • RGN qualified (essential)
  • Strong background in care home quality, governance or clinical leadership
  • Confident working across multiple sites and supporting improvement journeys
  • Able to challenge constructively and work autonomously
  • Comfortable with national travel
