A large hospital trust in England is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Technician to join their General and Specialist Medicine / Frailty team. We have a permanent vacancy for a band 4 to 5 progression Clinical Pharmacy Technician to work within the General and Specialist Medicine / Frailty team at The William Harvey, Hospital Ashford.
This is a fast paced but varied exciting environment, and your clinical knowledge is constantly developed to provide a patient focused medicines management service. You will be working as part of a multi‑disciplinary team, where the goal is to ensure we provide an excellent service to our patients, with their safety and well‑being at the forefront of everything we do. The role will involve regular teaching to other clinicians and healthcare professionals working in the GSM / Frailty team.
The band 4 to 5 progression post is suitable for pharmacy technicians looking to work in a hospital pharmacy, who are newly qualified or community looking to start their hospital career.
To progress to the band 5, the successful applicant would need to successfully complete the in‑house progression policy.
