Job summary

A leading health care provider is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist in Tipton. In this role, you will provide expert pharmaceutical care and work within primary care to improve patient outcomes. Candidates should hold a PgCert in Independent Prescribing and demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills. Competitive salary between £25.31 and £27.38 per hour based on experience.

Clinical Pharmacist - Birmingham Division

Modality Partnership BirminghamDivision has a part time (24 hours) at Laurie Pike Health Centre and a full-time vacancy (37.5 hours) at Smethwick Medical Centre, for a Clinical Pharmacist. The postholder will be a high performing Clinical Pharmacist, providing expert pharmaceutical care to patients and playing a key role in optimising medicines and improving outcomes within primary care. Main duties of the job

The role is an all-rounded, hands-on Clinical Pharmacist role; the postholder will need to confidently evidence and utilise key skills such as effective communication, ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient facing role to clinically assess and treat patients using their expert knowledge of medicines for specific disease areas.

This is a varied, dynamic role that combines patient-facing work with system-wide projects. It requires flexibility, innovation, and commitment, with opportunities to shape services and drive real change in primary care.

Duties may include running long-term condition clinics, undertaking structured medication reviews, supporting prescribing quality initiatives, and working with GPs and other clinicians to improve patient pathways.
