Clinical Negligence - Solicitor - Hybrid - Sheffield - up to £70,000

The Role

This is a superb opportunity to join a top-tier national firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.

Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor/Legal Executive to handle excellent cases from inception to trial.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, investigating and litigating multi-track cases. Experience with birth injury/maternity claims is desirable. You must ensure cases are progressed efficiently and meet all KPI targets.

This firm has a team of experts and is keen to speak with passionate individuals about Clinical Negligence and client care.

The Candidate

• Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive with 3-6 years PQE
• Litigation experience and knowledge of the Damages Claims Portal
• Supervision experience is preferred but not essential
• Ability to manage a varied caseload
• Strong legal and leadership skills with attention to detail
• Excellent client care skills
