Qualifications

• NMC-registered nurse with PIN (RGN); other clinical background considered.
• Experience in supported living/community LD & autism.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and CQC standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations ensuring safe, person-centered support.
• Maintain CQC compliance with audits and action plans.
• Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and incident learning.

Skills

NMC-registered nurse with PIN(RGN)
