A leading healthcare provider in Milton Keynes is seeking a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist for the Specialist Forensic Community Team. This full-time role involves managing forensic occupational therapy services, leading teams, and contributing to patient care within community settings. Candidates must have a BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, and extensive experience in forensic mental health. The position offers a competitive salary of £47,810 to £54,710 per annum plus additional allowances.

We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join our Specialist Forensic Community Team (SFCT) across Bucks and Oxfordshire to manage the service, provide leadership and intervention evaluation.
You’ll be contributing and making valuable changes to an ever‑evolving service. You’ll have a community case load and act as Care Co‑ordinator for patients within this. An important aspect of this role is the review of OT interventions within Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) guide to practice and theory as well as developing the input between Community and Forensic Inpatient services.
You’ll also play an active role in clinical governance and education opportunities for OT students and apprenticeship placements across Forensic Services, making vital contributions to the development of this profession.
