Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and ability to manage clinical teams.
  • Experience in care home settings and leading clinical teams.
  • Flexible to work different shifts and some Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Home Manager with both administrative and nursing tasks.
  • Maintain overall responsibility of care governance in the absence of the Home Manager.
  • Ensure resident safety and uphold clinical governance standards.
