Job summary

A leading community complex care provider in Wolverhampton is searching for a Clinical Lead Nurse. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum alongside sociable working hours and numerous opportunities for training and development. Responsibilities include managing tailored care plans and leading a team of carers while utilising advanced clinical skills. Applicants must be a Registered Nurse with relevant clinical experience and possess a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
  • Fully competent in tracheostomy & ventilator care.
  • Have a prior background in a similar clinical setting.
  • Good understanding of CQC standards & clinical governance.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needs.
  • Lead, train, and support a team of carers to maintain high standards of care.
  • Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care and seizure management.
  • Work in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners, and wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packages.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with service users and their families.
