Responsibilities
  • Leading the care team to ensure safe, supportive, and person-centred care.
  • Regularly reviewing residents' needs and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Supporting the Registered Manager in the daily running of the home.
  • Overseeing clinical competencies such as PEG feeds, tracheostomy, and wound care.
  • Inducting new team members and supervising existing staff.
  • Completing care audits and liaising with family members and care professionals.
  • Monitoring and reporting risks and safeguarding concerns.
  • Contributing to clinical policies and procedures.
