Job summary

Qualifications

  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain high clinical quality.
  • Oversee care planning, medication management, and audit processes.
  • Foster a person-centred care approach focused on recovery.

Full-time | Permanent | Mon–Fri

Role
  • Lead the nursing team and deputise for the Registered Manager
  • Maintain high clinical standards and CQC compliance
  • Oversee care planning, CPA, medication and audits
  • Promote person-centred, recovery-focused care
You’ll need
  • NMC registration (RMN)
  • Mental Health experience (Rehab, Low Secure or Forensic)
  • Leadership experience
  • Knowledge of MHA, CPA & PBS
  • PMVA / De-escalation training
