A leading health support organization in Harrow is searching for a Clinical Lead to provide effective leadership in a supportive clinical environment. The ideal candidate will be an Independent Prescriber with a nursing or pharmacy background. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 to £70,000 per annum and involves helping patients rebuild their lives and reconnect with their communities. At Via, our mission is to provide the best health and wellbeing support to as many people as possible, helping them to change their lives for the better. Last year, we supported over 11,000 people across the UK affected by alcohol and drug use.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation. We’re looking for a Clinical Lead, one for our Harrow Service.
As Clinical Lead you will provide visible, effective clinical leadership to the clinical team for your service. Supported by the Portfolio Medical Lead, Lead Nurse and Pharmacy Technician and in collaboration with operations colleagues you will ensure the delivery of safe, effective, evidence-based and compassionate care. You will join a vibrant body of clinicians across Via's wider national workforce, with regular meetings for peer support, case discussion and CPD. You will help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their family and friends, return to work or education, and much more.
We are looking for experienced Independent Prescribers, with a background in either nursing or as a pharmacist. We’re looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. If you’re someone who is a good listener, stays curious, and wants to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
Our Medical Lead is happy to talk through the roles, what a typical day might look like, development opportunities, and Via’s national clinician network. You can reach Vivienne Gosnell on Vivienne.Gosnell@viaorg.uk
